WHAT IS THE PROJECT ABOUT
The "Infodemic - Path to Wellness" training course is designed to equip educators, youth workers, and trainers with knowledge, skills and non-formal educational methods to guide young people through the digital world while prioritizing mental well-being. The project includes two on-site mobilities in Germany and Portugal and a local practice phase.
The focus is on enhancing digital competencies and Digital citizenship awareness, understanding of pathways to mental health, and promotion of responsible use of digital technologies. Participants will co-develop and test a toolkit on digital competencies and eWellness in their home countries during the local practice. The group will consist of 24 participants from seven countries. A priority during the selection is given to applicants with fewer opportunities and those facing cultural, economic, or social challenges.
We participated in the Training Course in Germany, and it was AMAZING !
Take a look
Our team member Levan Amirashvili together with Benita Venckuviene created and implemented a workshop 3F’s: Fears, Fundamentals, Fantasies. It was an inspiring journey with a group of adult migrants. Together, we navigated through the digital world—unpacking fears, understanding rights, and exploring creative possibilities.
💡 We faced fears—discussing the challenges of the digital space and how to stay safe.
🔎 We learned fundamentals—diving into GDPR rights, sparking deep discussions (many participants had no idea about their digital rights!).
🌍 We explored fantasies—unraveling both the dark side (fake news) and the bright side (creativity & visualization).
Beyond knowledge, this workshop created a space for sharing experiences and growing together. Seeing participants open up and support each other was the true success of the day!
